Lent 2024 at Prospect

  • Lent is the season from Ash Wednesday (February 14 this year) to Holy Week which begins on March 24 with Palm Sunday.

  • Holy week includes Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, when we tell the story of Jesus' last hours on earth- the stories of the Last Supper and the Crucifixion.

  • Easter Sunday concludes this season with the celebration of Jesus' resurection.

See the opportunities to join Prospect in this holy season.

Join Pastor Jessica at Prospect (let us know if you'd like to join on zoom) to study the story of the last 24 hours of JEsus' life with 24 Hours That Changed The World. See the sites in the Holy Land where Jesus lived out the Last Supper, Garden of Gethsemane, Trial Before Pilate, Torture and Humiliation, and finally the Crucifixon. The study was created by Rev. Adam Hamilton. See more here. We will bulk order the book that goes with the study. Sign up to purchase one by emailing the office at office@prospectchurch.org. You are welcome to join the study even if you don't read the chapter for each week, but it is helpful to read along.
